With over a decade of experience, I specialize in workers' compensation claims management, human rights workplace accommodations, and health and safety program development. I've overseen return-to-work programs, promoted health and safety cultures through the WSIB Excellence Program, and managed the full cycle of workers' compensation claims. I am dedicated to ensuring compliance with workers' compensation, accessibility, and human rights legislation while fostering safe and inclusive work environments. My expertise includes appeal representation, injury investigation, and the implementation of effective strategies for claim management and workplace safety.

Our firm has been around for over 39 years. I adopt a wholistc approach to WSIB claims. With over 10 years of experience representing injured workers and a additional 5 years as administrative staff for a paralegal with over 30 years of claims adjudication and representation experience.

University of Western Graduate 89’. Have been representing injured workers since 93’ with respect to WSIB and WSIAT cases as well as CPP-D, EI Disability and ODSP. I now mainly practice in WSIB, WSIAT and CPP-D. These systems can be very challenging for injured workers while dealing with the impediments of their disability and in some cases financial instability. I enjoy the fight for their rights to benefits. I enjoy putting a smile back on their faces.
