With over 25 years of experience working with the WSIB and operating my own practice, I bring in-depth knowledge of claims adjudication and policy development to every case I handle. I am a retired director with over 30 years experience at the WSIB. I employ a team of retired Appeals Officers from the WSIB that all have 30 plus years experience at WSIB. In 2019 I enrolled in the Ryerson Law Practice Program. In March 2020, I started working with Fink and Bornstein P.C. and have mostly focused on WSIB/ASD/WSIAT matters.

Is specialized in WSIA by the Law Society of Ontario. Has been doing WSIB/ASD.WSIAT cases for over 45 yrs. Recognized by Lexis Legal information as being the number one advocate (in appearances) at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal (WSIAT).

Our firm has been around for over 39 years. I adopt a wholistc approach to WSIB claims. With over 10 years of experience representing injured workers and a additional 5 years as administrative staff for a paralegal with over 30 years of claims adjudication and representation experience.

University of Western Graduate 89’. Have been representing injured workers since 93’ with respect to WSIB and WSIAT cases as well as CPP-D, EI Disability and ODSP. I now mainly practice in WSIB, WSIAT and CPP-D. These systems can be very challenging for injured workers while dealing with the impediments of their disability and in some cases financial instability.
