I am an experienced WSIB lawyer. I have helped hundreds of workers win their appeals for WSIB benefits. I also assist with appeals for long-term disability benefits and Canada Pension Plan Disabiltiy benefits.

In 2019 I enrolled in the Ryerson Law Practice Program. In March 2020, I started working with Fink and Bornstein P.C. and have mostly focused on WSIB/ASD/WSIAT matters.

Is specialized in WSIA by the Law Society of Ontario. Has been doing WSIB/ASD.WSIAT cases for over 45 yrs. Recognized by Lexis Legal information as being the number one advocate (in appearances) at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal (WSIAT).
